Located on campus close to the city centre, The Grange is privately managed by Now Students. All flats have five bedrooms, each with en suite facilities.
Within each flat there is a shared kitchen featuring a breakfast bar and stools, as well as a carpeted area with sofa and curtains. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer, and microwave. Each flat also has a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, iron and ironing board, and a bin.

High speed internet access is included within the rent costs. TV connection points are available in all bedrooms, as well as in the kitchen/lounge area (a co-axial cable is required).
The hall features CCTV, a secure door entry system and 24 hour roaming security. Bicycle storage and coinless laundry facilities (from £3.30 per wash, £1.80 per dry*) are also available.

The Grange also features a student common area with sofas, chairs, TV, table football, and an Xbox One (to hire and for events). There is also an outdoor courtyard.
Limited parking is also available on site - prices to be confirmed.

UK/EU/International student total: 拢5,869.50.
N.B. A guarantor is required. The guarantor can be either UK or international; they must be over the age of 25, in full-time employment, and will need to provide a copy of their ID and proof of address.

- Upon Booking (paid to 呻吟之王) - 拢200.00 (This will later be transferred to Now Students, and ultimately credited onto the tenant's account on 01 June 2027)

Additional important rent considerations
Please be sure to check payment dates and amounts prior to making your booking. Not all instalment dates may fall in line with your student loan. The first instalment is not due until shortly after you arrive. Your student loan is not usually deposited until after you have enrolled on your course.
Now Students will accept payment via UK direct debit, UK or international bank transfer, or International credit card. They do not have the option for online or in person UK debit/credit card transactions, and do not accept cash for any payments.
